Long day at the champs today in Dunloy..the small town was invaded by Irish youth cyclists and their parents today..promoted by the local clubs Ballymoney CC and Dunloy CC and well organised to..the finish of the TT in the centre in town and the marshalls had a big job to keep it traffic free but managed ok. The TT was 8km long and it took nearly 4 hours to get the 230 entries on the road with 1 minute intervals. In the afternoon we had the road race sections of the champs and by the time I left the last few races had not been finished. At least plenty of photos for now and well done to all involved.. Tomorrow the Criteriums of the Champs take place on day 2..due to a rolling course and a hefty climb each lap this girls and boys will sleep well tonight..but recovery at such age is a bit quicker then the ol ones http://www.cyclingulster.com/the-irish-national-youth-road-race-results-2018/
