This will be one of the last opportunities to get some points before the road season ends. Online registration for our A3, A4, Masters and Ladies races is now open on racepass.  &

Sunday 16th September “First Round CX Ulster Series” in Lurgan Park (Armagh) promoted by Apollo CC

Course Description:
Lurgan Park offers cyclists a superb venue for off road riding in pleasant surroundings.  The cyclo-cross course is classified as a fast, flowing and challenging track and yet suitable for even novice riders so no excuses for not turning up and enjoying cyclo-cross at it’s best!! This is an ideal chance for riders to experience the venue which has held Irish Cyclo-cross Championships in the past.
The main course will be similar to last year with a long opening straight moving into a series of switch backs.  The jumps will not be on the course for the first lap – to help prevent traffic jams.
All youth races will be on a separate course near the bowling pavilion which will allow more time for seniors to practice on the main course. The entrance to the course is situated within the car park of Waves Leisure Complex in Queen St, (just off the main street) Lurgan. Co Armagh. The approach roads will be signed on the morning of the event. Use the car park to your right at main gate!  Entry:

Race schedule and pricing as per last year.
New plank obstacles for the Under 10s and 12s
Similar rules as per last year regarding the pits and the compulsory upgrade from B to A race – here Prize giving rule – for the Junior and Senior podiums –
