Adam Rafferty wins the first round of the “Ernie Magwood Super 6” in an amazing time of 18m24sec on Thursday the 23rd May at Frosses Balymena. 4 men went under the 20min barrier, including Seth Dunwoody, Ian Inglis and Curtis Neill. Hazel Smith first women, with Aliyah Rafferty close to her heels!!

Last Sunday’s (17 Nov) CX race at “De Ronde van Cork CC” was dedicated to our friend, Tomás Mulqueen (RIP) This master piece from “Old Velo cyclist poet” Brendan Hennessy. A *must read* in honour of his friend Tomas, who passed away this July after a 4 year battle with cancer + results courtesy of the host club !
