The 2024 Cycling Ireland Dublin Track International ( 1st-2nd. June) is an Outdoor UCI Class 2 cycling event.The Dublin Track International consists of a number of different track events and is run over two days:- Cycling Ireland | Dublin Track Cycling International… The top riders in the different categories will gain valuable UCI points towards qualification for the World Championships. We’ve had some epic battles over recent years, with some stellar winners!! We’ve put a huge effort into this year’s event, & we look forward to seeing another great edition.
Brief notes: Mens race A1-A2-A3-J combined, over 154km. A unique opportunity for A3s/Juniors to test their endurance. Seperate unplaced prizes awarded. & Womens race 76km, Seniors and Juniors & Beautiful trophies for both races. €200 prizemoney for both race winners!! Family friendly start-finish venue with coffee van onsite. The Belgian Project onsite for media coverage, along with other ???? friends.

2024 Fit Studio NI Kirkistown Racing Series
Back for another year the super popular Kirkistown Racing Series promoted by North Down Cycling Club and kindling sponsored by Fit Studio NI. Racing kicks off at the brilliant safe environment of Kirkistown Racing Circuit on the Ards Peninsula. 3 rounds starting on Wednesday 19th June for round 1 with round 2 on Wednesday 26th June and the final Round 3 on Wednesday 10th July.
Fun race for under age @18:30 Followed by the main event run off on a handicapped format like previous years @19:00 for all other categories. Watch this space for pre entry details

Un-officially John Madden and Ian Inglis are the new holders of the Irish Tandem record for 10 miles (need to be rectified by CI) Banbridge CC’s Marcus Christie the fastest again in 18m45s*

A fine example is Sam Coleman (Team 31 Jolly Cycles -BP bursary holder) as a junior cyclist spending his summer holiday’s in the South of France, racing in the top Junior division, and known as a gutsy rider! Here Sam’s report…
