The Sean Nolan Meath GP Youths races. The races will take place on the 8th June 2024.

Parking for the event will open at 9.00am on the 8th June.

Note: All races will begin on the start-finish line, approx 2km from race HQ Bective GAA. Riders should arrive on time for each individual race start.
Spectator parking is available at the start/finish line straight. Please do not block residents driveways/gateways, damage grass verges etc when parking.

10:15 U12 Race
Boys & Girls combined, Separate prizes.
(2 laps), 10km
Prizegiving for u12 races will take place at the finish line area ASAP after races finish.
10:45 U16 Girls Race, YNS
6 laps 34.8km
2 x Intermediate Sprints on laps 2 & 4 on the finish line.
10:48 U14 Girls Race
3 laps, 16.8km
*No Intermediate Sprints
*U14 Girls must stop riding when their race finishes
12:30 Prizegiving takes place at the finish line area.
12:15 U16 Boys Race, YNS
8 laps 46.4km
3 x Intermediate Sprints on laps 2, 4, & 6 on the finish line.
12:18 U14 Boys Race
3 laps, 16.8km
*No Intermediate Sprints
*U14s must stop riding when their race finishes
13:45 All racing expected to be finished. All riders & officials return to race HQ.
14:00 (approx) Prizegiving for
U14 Boys, along with U16 Boys & Girls races take place in Bective GAA clubhouse.
For the U16 races, this will be Round 1 of the 2024 National Youth Series which was announced with earlier on in the year by Cycling Ireland.
Full details on the Youth Road National Series competition, including information on Intermediate points, finishing points, and league tables will be shared in advance of round 1.

The Sean Nolan Meath GP race and Ras na Mi womens race (Round 4 of the National RR Series) Sunday 9th June
The race HQ for sign on/prize presentation will be at Wilkinstown Community Centre, Eircode: C15 V123. Sign on opens at 9.30am.

Toilets will be available to all riders at this location. A separate, private changing room will be provided for women racers.
Parking for the event will be split between two locations, the centre itself and also the school down the road 300mts from the centre. Parking at the community centre is limited, and will done on a first come first served basis.
We are not using Navan Racecourse for parking or anything to do with the race this time. Please also do no park on grass verges outside the centre/school, outside peoples homes etc.
The race will start and finish at the centre.

Lap distance is 39kms.
Sean Nolan Meath Grand Prix mens race is open to categories A1/A2/A3 + Juniors(A2-A3)
Note Mass-start for all riders.
Note Limited number of A3 entries allocated. First come, first served.
Racing will start at 11.30am, on the Start-finish line, and will complete 4 full laps of the course, 154km.

Rás na Mí womens race is open to Senior and Junior women.

Racing will start at 12.25pm, on the Start-finish line, and will complete 2 full laps of the course, 77.4km

Top 20 places will be published in results.
Prizegiving will take place ASAP after the finish of both races.(approximately 15:30.)
Along with Cycling Ireland NRS jersey presentation to Series leading riders.
Food & Refreshments will be provided to all riders & volunteers.
