Stay at home, watch the Ronde on TV and avoid a fine!
The Belgian Police announced publicly a message for anyone who would have the idea of seeing the race around the course, a hard-hitting message for the millions of cycling fans in my homeland, but with infections still high a necessary one they told the public!!
The 105th edition of the Tour of Flanders is tomorrow Sunday 4 April 2021. Both the elite men and the elite women hit the main slopes, such as the Oude Kwaremont, Paterberg, …, one or several times during the race, arriving in Oudenaarde. The men will cross the line between 4 pm-4.50 pm, the ladies between 6.10-6.30pm (Belgian Time)
Just like the edition that was held in October 2020, it is again a ‘remote’ edition. The public is not allowed! Following the marathon broadcast from 9:15 am to 7:00 pm on TV channel one (Sporza) On Eurosport and GCN+ from 08.35 am (men) and from 15.45pm the women’s race
