Selections has been done after results, communication and interaction with myself (some of the selection pool entries didn’t inform me results wise, which was part of the criteria), also character & work ethic, and in some cases injured riders have been taken in consideration also. I only have a limited budget, but with some of the sponsor money, and MC jobs £2880 (€3300) was put aside…and well done to you all!!!
