A big thank you to women’s “Belco-Van Eyck Cycling Team (BEL)” for taking Caoimhe O’Brien in their midst this year…Caoimhe repaid their kindness from the start with a 15th place (120+ entries and same time as the winner), a second place (116 entries) + the Young Riders Jersey, AND A WIN (74 entries) to finish her weekend of 3 days international interclub races (UCI 1.15.2) in the Flanders!! The final stage (5) of the 2023 “Ras Tailteann” Monaghan-Blackrock!! Dillon Corkery and his Team Ireland turns things around, taking the yellow jersey on the last stage, and Finn Crocket (Guest rider Foyle CC) taking the stage win!! The ex-pro won also the Ras Mumhan at Easter! The 133.40km took the winner 2h48m06s with an average of 47.61km an hour!! The overall average for the 769.60km was 46.54 km/hour!!!

The “Ras Tailteann 2023” The penultimate stage (4) delighted us with an Irish stage win of Dillon Corkery – Team Ireland today, Sat 20th May, beating Finn Crockett-Foyle CC, Ras Mumhan winner 2023!! (Charlestown – Monaghan 175.9km in 3hours 43min 29sec with an average of 47,22km an hour!!) CONOR MC GOLDRICK-RICHARDSON TREK DAS GB STILL IN YELLOW!
