Saturday 21st September: The Slieve Croob Hill Climb Challenge at Finnis Co-Down 1 pm

Dromara CC will be hosting the 4th annual Slieve Croob Hill Climb Challenge on Saturday 21st September 2019
This open hill climb competition offers entrants a chance to test themselves against one of the toughest road climbs in Ireland.  Starting in the village of Finnis, the climb follows the public road up Dree Hill then takes the private tarmac path up to the summit of Slieve Croob.

Sign-on opens at 8:30 am in the Londonderry Park car park in Newtownards, closes at 9:20 am with the first rider off at 9:30 am sharp. A Limited Competition Licence is required as a minimum. The entry fee is £10.
The 25-mile course is our traditional out and back course with a dead turn outside Kircubbin / Saltwater Brig on the Portaferry Road

The Belgian project can not be there due to other commitments but will have a full report on Monday 23rd on www.belgianproject.cc
