What’s on this week on our fields, parks and beaches? (Sunday 18th December) The Ulster, Leinster and Munster CX Champs waiting for you, as we are back to the our beloved”bread and butter” crosses, and this to keep the momentum going from the past weekend in Dublin!!

ELIGIBILITY FOR MEDALS
The Provincial Championships are open events, however there are conditions on receiving medals. Championship medals will only be awarded to the riders who satisfy the following criteria:
(a) Belonging to a club / team based in the Province;
(b) Unattached and resident in the Province (proof of address required);
(c) Residency in the Province (proof of address required);
(d) Belonging to a club / team based outside Ireland but,
1) Immediate past address was in the Province or
2) Most previous Irish club / team was based in the Province
