Unfortunately Killinchy Cycling club have had to cancel their women’s only race for Saturday 1st April.
An e.mail will be sent out to each competitor to ascertain if they would like a refund or to move into the A3 or A4 category.
Any other women considering racing on Saturday can join the A3 or the A4 race.
We will be offering a prize to the 1st unplaced woman in each category.
Its frustrating that we couldn’t run the race due to low numbers, as we have hosted a women’s only race for a number of years now. We look forward to welcoming all on Saturday 1st April

TEAM REGISTRATION & SIGN-ON – Friday 07. April. 2023

Registration and Sign-On from 13.00 – 15.00: The Manor West Hotel Tralee, Co Kerry V92 YC59

Each rider will need to sign on in person to the starters list. & Each rider is required to present the following at sign on:
a. A current UCI affiliated federation licence & Photo ID
b. Team official name
c. Equipment for Neutral Service if required.
d. Each rider will receive a race number at sign on.
e. Each rider will receive one race bike timing transponder at sign on.
The race bike timing transponder will have to be collected from Pop Up Races at sign on. A €50.00 deposit will be required for each transponder, this is refunded on return of same.

Each Team Manager is required to present the following at sign on:
a. A current UCI affiliated federation licence & Photo ID.
b. Team official name.
c. Team vehicles registration numbers.
d. Team manager’s mobile phone number.

Race Safety & Medical Meeting: Will take place at 15.00 Manor West Hotel main sign on area. & Managers Meeting & Team Car Draw: The Chief Commissaire and the Race officials will meet team managers in the Manor West Hotel main sign on area at 15.30pm.

Race Radio will be available via Declan Hannigan & Paddy Fitzsimons at a fee of €30.00.
