The first Strand Race in Ireland became a fact yesterday at the Irish Sea holiday resort "Bettystown Beach" close to the mouth of the Boyne River in Co-Meath, this was promoted by Starsky CC (Sunday 6th Feb 2022)

A club with a vision: Starsky Cycling Club started off over a decade ago in Dublin, under a different name. It combined fine riders from all over Europe including Ireland, Poland, Italy, and Spain, among others. Our passion for the bikes was fulled by our team leader, Kazik Janowski

Organiser Kazik told social media: “I think everyone really enjoy themselves today, we got nice feedback that the route was hard and challenging for all. Everyone did great today! We really appreciate you coming back to us and hope the day was great fun for you. We were super lucky today with the weather, tides and all went as planned!”
