Clonmel CC is excited to bring UCI racing to the County Tipperary town of Clonmel on the Sat 12th and Sun 13th of October 2024. The race will be held in Powerstown Park in Clonmel the famous racehorse and coursing venue. This is the fourth year that this UCI C2 race has been held in this location. Along with the UCI category races there will also be a full complement of support races. The race takes in parkland, woods and tarmac. Incidentally all 4 have received a Belgian Bursary award over the years, the boys actually this year…Well done is certainly in order!!

Another blow to our sport today with Phoenix CC stalwart, and co-founder of the Belfast Club Eamon Burns passing away. Eamon was a good friend, and lover of the legends of the past, with the famous Belgian Flandria team in the 70ties as his favourite, over the years we had many chats about it…Rest in Peace Eamon… (Monday 29th July)
