The Belgian Project selection pool 2019 hopeful Drew Armstrong (Enduro U 21) makes furore over the water with winning the 2nd round of the GB National Enduro Series in Graywaite last weekend (4th-5th May) This very talented Co-Down Enduro athlete races mostly abroad and was off again to Madeira (Portugal) on Monday to compete in round 3 of the Enduro World Championships this weekend (11th-12thMay) We wish Drew a safe and successful time in Madeira who is known for their sweet wine and cake. Hats off to Drew Armstrong who just claimed a pretty big win with an Under 21 victory at the second stop of the British Enduro National Series at Graythwaite.
On a roll following a number of mega results here at home, Drew hopped across the water to have a crack at the British series and did so in style. Not only winning a relatively stacked Under 21 category, but the Vitus First Tracks Race Division rider also finished second outright (out of 520 entries) to none other than Adam Brayton – who is a bit of fast local round those parts. The event also served as a qualifier to the EWS 2020 series, which we’re pretty sure he’s smashed too. Congrats Drew, awesome ride!
