A sad week for the friends and family of Pamela Benson (78 years old Innisfree Wheelers CC club member) who passed away in Sligo University Hospital this week, caused by her terrific injuries of a crash, which occurred a few weeks ago…Pamela was a very enthusiastic cyclist and very well known and loved in the Connaught Cycling world…May Pamela now rest in peace…our sincere condolences…

An amazing cycling jersey’s exhibition will be held in Scotstown (GAA Sport Complex) Co-Monaghan next weekend (Sat 29th-Sun 30th October, 11 am till 5 pm) This will be hosted by Patsy Brady, owner of the “Patsy Cycling Memorabilia Museum” (who celebrates the museum’s 10th anniversary) and ex-race director of the 2011 National Road Racing Champs in Scotstown.
