Saturday 12th October: “Bike the Dust” Belcoo Fermanagh
This is it! Lakelander is ready! Are you? 400+ riders will traverse the UNESCO Geopark in Fermanagh on Saturday 12th October 2019 across 100k or 50k routes to challenge your cycling abilities in this unique event! Tasty food, great company, top-grade support and professional help from the pros! Entries from every county in Ireland. Lots of unique goodies for the weekend! Let’s do this…
Hopefully, everyone got their last big training session in today’s sunshine! Our tracking partners at Primal Tracking have just finished the Lakelander Gravel Grinder tracking site and we thought it would be best to get the final route and tracking site out there now so you can share with all your buddies so they can dot watch all day if they are not cycling alongside you. 100k route covers all checkpoints, 50k route will pass through CP’s 2, 3 and 9 and then back to the finish. Make sure your name is on the participant list, you are in the right class and we look forward to seeing you all next Saturday. http://live.primaltracking.com/lakelander2019
If anyone is looking at any last-minute accommodation the folk at Corralea Activity Centre and Cottages have a couple of cottages available. They are 2 miles from the start/finish area, sleep 5 / 6 people and are available for the weekend. Call Brian on 02866386123. www.corraleacottages.com. Remember to mention the Lakelander Gravel Grinder
