Follow these steps.
1/ Arrive at Applegreen and collect the number allocated to you on the list below.
2/Arrive at the starting area 5 mins before your allocated starting time.
3/After your race, return to Applegreen and return your number to the bin provided.
You do not have to arrive for event sign on at 6 pm, but we need you to collect and return your own number. No warming up on the course after 7 pm, No rear light = No start, and strictly no following vehicles behind riders. These rules will be rigidly enforced.
