Lithuanian girl Olivija Baleisyte took a wrong turn halfway through the race while she was chasing the peloton after a mechanical and ended up on the highway, amidst the busy traffic. Laurent Accou, a road user spotted the poor girl in front of him on the Brussels busy ring road, and his auto-cam filmed the striking event and posted it on Facebook. Whether Baleisyte then found her way back to the bus is not immediately clear, but one thing is certain: she will not soon forget her first participation in the Brabantse Pijl.
