Martine Verfaillie reported on social media: “Sean had to make do with 1 bike today in Loenhout, good start but an accident never comes alone, flat tire and no spare bike, then change a wheel in the equipment post where he lost more than 3 minutes and about 20 places. The bike has been repaired in the meantime, so Baal and Hulst return with 2 bicycles. Merci Kurt, Rik as Pitcrew, and especially…Merci Peter Bauwens (Tarteletto Isorex UCI-Continental Team) for sorting the bike”
