Christmas Day: Monday 25th December

Christmas being the time for giving, entry is free, but each rider is encouraged to bring a small gift. The Christmas morning TT has been a tradition for Ards CC for over 40 years, and once again is open to entries. Some riders take part for a bit of fun, adding decoration to their bikes and swapping the speedsuits for Santa costumes. Other testers take things much more seriously competing for the Jardine Trophy which is presented to the fastest rider on the day. First rider off at 10 am on Christmas morning from the national speed limit signs on Portaferry Road on the way out of Ards: https://w3w.co/lighters.logbook.glance, with the finish opposite the start. Our gift to you: free entry via Eventmaster! Minimum of LC license required >> https://eventmaster.ie/event/rbmWUPmS9y

PreviousThe 2023 Cycling Ulster CX Championship was held in Portadown yesterday (Sun 10th Dec) with awful weather to start, but improved as the day went on!! A slippy, muddy, technical and bespoked course was waiting for our brave dirt devils!! The pit crew’s had their work cut out, maybe low nrs, but a cracking day in James Wilson’s back garden!!
NextSome great news all around this week!! Our co-sponsor “Ras Mumhan” gets new title sponsor (Dornan), BP 2022-2023 bursary award winner TC-Racing (Girls team Co-Meath) got sponsorship from the global company “Kingspan Group”, BP exellence award winner 2023 Seth Dunwoody (Cannibal B-Victorious & Team Ireland) takes prestigious track win, and Cycling Ulster in conjunction with the PSNI (NI Police) launched a “Stolen and found” social media page on Facebook!!
