After long deliberation, and intense traveling to witness their progress at races all over the country to study their characters, and their ability to communicate with me, I am happy to announce the 4 successful graduates (Belgian summer racing with guest families) and the 12 bursary holders for 2022. This was not an easy decision as this year had an exceptional batch of talented riders entered (56 in total)

Sad to hear the news today with the passing of Oliver Hunter from Bann Valley RC (80) last Saturday 12th March, Oliver was a stalwart of the Cycling Ulster Executive as a treasurer for 30 years, and a driving force of the Ulster Cycle Promotions Committee. Our thoughts and sympathies go to his wife Carmel, daughter Carmelanne, his wider family circle, and friends. Rest in Peace Oliver…
