“A welcome to some new sponsors for 2025” Thanks so much for your valuable support and donation! VELOTEC (Padraic Quinn) from Connacht, VICTUS ENERGY from Belfast, and as supporting club ARMAGH CYCLISTS!! They will now be added to our loyal supporters of the past years. Lets introduce them to our followers…

An expert partner for your Green Energy Ambitions.

VICTUS is a leading renewable energy developer, specialising in Biogas, Commercial Solar PV & Energy Trading. Our edge has always been in redefining how green energy projects can be delivered. As experienced Biogas developers & operators, we have an unparalleled appreciation of this sector. As an early Solar PV pioneer we were ahead of the curve in bringing solar PV to the market. We’ve grown to be a dependable trading platform for ROCs and Energy, and through our corporate experience bring a wide set of skills to our renewable energy advisory services. Embedded deep in our corporate culture is our goal to nurture and feed the green, clean economy and to help our partners achieve their renewable objectives. In this sector experience and tenure really count. Go to https://victusenergy.co.uk/

VICTUS ENERGY returned to us after a wee break, they have supported the Belgian Project again with a powerful PA system (which works independently without generators) replacing the old one who was losing a bit power due to age (8 years old) The old one has been donated to a Victus chosen charity, this to help them with fund raising. This is a great sponsorship who generate funding for my Bursary Award Funds, this with my MC and commentary work!! The last one generated about £8.000 after expenses since the start in 2016!!

Velotec, founded in 2005 by former international cyclist Padraic Quinn, specializes in custom cycling and triathlon wear, blending high-quality materials and cutting-edge design. Based on Padraic’s extensive experience, Velotec aims to meet the rigorous demands of professional racers while catering to the casual rider. Their commitment to innovation is evident in their custom sportswear, produced in Italy’s Veneto region, offering athletes high-tech performance racewear for various cycling disciplines.

I met Padraic for the first time in Enniscrone (2020) at the Irish CX Champs, he interviewed me live for TG4 (an Irish speaking TV channel, but done in English) We became friends, and when we met a few weeks ago in Ballinasloe at the CX Champs we had a chat, resulting in his kindly offer to support the project. As you know I only take on sponsors who produce quality, but also have a love for the sport, so it was a no-brainer for me to take this Connemara gentleman on board…when you buy from Velotec you automatically support the Belgian Project to!!

A cycling club based in Armagh City Northern Ireland. Founded in 2012 and made up of cyclists of all abilities. They organising each year open events such as the Armagh City Cyclist GP, and supporting charities like the Special Olympics! As the project always welcome clubs who want to support us with a donation, we very pleased to have them aboard! They had already supported us with inviting us to do the MC job and commentary, and now becoming a co-sponsor!! Thanks so much lads, see you soon on the roads again!!
