The 2024 Cycling Ulster AGM was held last night in Quinn's Corner near Ballygawley (Co-Tyrone) Some changes in the Executive, our Chairman Tommy Mc Cague was not opposed and will do another 3 years at the helm of a good faring ship, and some new blood voted in also, as some good friends retired from the job. Our CI president Dr. Tom Daly travelled all the way from Killarney to hear the progressive plans of the board to swell the membership in Ulster, who stands at 5963 divided by 135 clubs!! (Thursday 14th Nov)

We would like to welcome new executive members Rebecca Fitzgerald, Mark Kavanagh, Cathir Doyle and Donna Smith, Treasurer, Martin Montague and welcome back to Tommy McCague as Chairperson.
Thank you to the outgoing executive members James McLaughlin, Joanna Grey, Sean McCourt and esteemed Treasurer Marian Lamb.

Marian Lamb is retiring from the executive…we certainly will miss the women who has giving her life to cycling for decades…thanks so much for your friendship and support!!

And last but not least Cathir Doyle (Carn Wheelers) voted in as executive member, Cathir was a few years ago a Belgian Project graduate and won a few races in the Flanders for us. A good addition as he knows how our young ones feel and think!!
