Caring for others at such young age deserves respect!!
As a friend of the family Rockett and belonging to the same club Ards CC, I couldn’t be more proud of such an achievement of Karl at such a young age. Even his smaller brothers Jake and Jamie accompanied Karl for the last few miles to encourage him towards the finish at the Stormont building with the added support of his mum and dad and friends. The generosity of friends and supporters was enormous with so far £3268 raised. I’m so proud of Karl for coming up with this idea. Many of us have had family members who have been affected. Jamie met us in Carrickfergus and then Jake cycled from the Airport Road up to Stormont. Thanks to everyone who Donated to Karl’s Challenge from around the world and local businesses including Manfreight Transport, Allied Bakeries, and Handsome Barbers. It is really amazing to see all Karl’s support.
