A personal thought…A3 races in Ireland FOR JUNIORS doesn’t prepare you for such high-level races, distance alone is much more to start, time to change but it only reaches deaf ears. Please attend the AGM and make your vote count to make changes (no disrespect to this guys as they have done their best) as they race against guys who do regularly 120km + each week in high-level competitions,
