Following the recent decision of the PSNI to withdraw from supporting races the race will take in a new format of Laps of the Hilltown,Kilcoo,Rathfriland circuit followed by a loop of Reed Hall/Elm Hall with a mountain top finish on Spelga dam and will cater for A12 riders,A3 riders and A4.
