The “Carn Classic” hosted by Carn Wheelers in Maghera (South Derry) yesterday (Sat 6th April) lived up to his name!! A very early start helped avoiding storm Kathleen, but still strong headwinds towards the finish, and welcomed tailwinds to compensate at the back of the course! Run-away A2 winner Curtis Neill (Lyon Sprint Evolution) impressed us all, so did Junior Cameron Henry (Inspired Cycling) in the A3 race! The supporting A4 race was won by Shane Hughes (Apollo CC) in a bunch sprint!
