Emyvale Cycling Club launches Beginners Group.
This is a new 6-week program run by Emyvale CC, aimed at anyone who has little or no cycling experience, or for cyclists who haven’t been out on their bikes for a while! Learn to cycle with experienced Cycling Ireland Ride Leaders. Cyclists must be over 16 years of age. The main objectives are to teach cyclists the etiquette rules of the road along with a basic knowledge of bike set up which will be run in conjunction with The Spin Doctor, facilitated by Marc Andrews – Proprietor >> https://www.spindoctor.ie/
Everyone is welcome and this is suitable for all abilities. This will be a slow to moderate pace, to begin with. By the end of the six-week program, cyclists will have the capability of joining in with the Wednesday evening club spin (max 60 Km) and the Saturday morning club spin (max 75 Km).

NDCC Kirkistown race series is back!!

Course Description: New course format incorporating a shorter course than usual with 2 hairpin corners and 5 chicanes all within a 1-mile lap. Racing laps will be fast and exciting for both riders and spectators.
Evening Schedule
18:00: Sign on & 18:15: U10 (10 mins + 1 lap)
Under 12’s: 15 mins + 1 lap
18:35: U14 15 mins + 1 lap
19:05: A4 – U16 – Women – Limited Competition License: 30mins + 2 lap
19:50: A3 – A1/Juniors 35 mins + 3 laps
