With all contenders in each category present this Sunday it promised to be a great sportive battle in Falls Park…320 entries so far and still a few hours to go before the deadline 8 pm. Here some predictions for the main races, last week I wasn’t far of…will I be right this time

Niamh Mc Kiverigan should be the favourite to win this but Stephanie Roche her teammate from Scott-Eurocycles could be the danger, Rachel Irvine of the Bikehouse Bangor team can not be ruled out for a podium by any means as been very consistent
The B-race could see the same podium but I reckon Mark Gordon (Newry Wheelers) could be on the top spot this time!! Tomas KNAPCOK Clogher Valley Wheelers and Mark MALONE Phoenix CC should be featuring again…this 3 will be soon promoted to the A-Race I reckon (photo Dany)
This was last weekend podium in Irvinestown…this could be different this Sunday as 2 proven winners as Glenn Kinning and Darnell Moore in the mix this time, and if Lee Harvey gets a clean run, we could have a shuffle here on the podium…MY tip is Darren Rafferty (Island Wheelers) 1 st year junior and the revelation of the year, who impressed me last weekend and should be very close as he loves such challenge!!
