What's on this weekend? Youth racing in Lisburn (Ulster) and Carlow (Leinster) Also the National Championship Champs for A3's and veterans in Maghera(Ulster) on Saturday 7th (TT Masters) and Sunday 8th August (RR Masters and A3)

Phoenix CC will be holding youth races for Under 12 to Under 16 for both Time Trial and Road Race, this race will form part of the CUYA Road League…Following a lot of discussions with various people in the club and external, in light of a yellow weather warning and in the interest of the safety of the youth riders unfortunately I will be postponing the races this Saturday 7TH August. I am hoping to run the races again next Sunday the 15th of August. Anybody already entered for the races this weekend will be transferred across onto the 15th of August.

The time trial will be approx 3.5 miles in length, it will be the same length for all age categories.
The road race circuit is approximately 6.2 miles in length.
Under 12 Road Race will be 1 lap of the circuit for both boys and girls
Under 14 Road Race will be 2 laps, for both boys and girls
Under 16 Road Race will be 4 laps, for both boys and girls
