Last report of the weekend comes from Cycling Munster: “The Lacey Cup 24” races hosted by Tralee Manor West BC in Tralee (Kingdom of Kerry) The Lacey Cup was won by Ronan Tuomey (U/A) & The “Higgins Waste Recycling Cup” & A4 Race was won by Ethan Slattery from Killarney CC! (Sunday 3rd March)

Tralee Manor West BC told social media: “A huge THANK YOU to all the participants, spectators, organizers, volunteers, and sponsors who made today’s event an absolute success! ???? Your passion for cycling and dedication to this sport truly shines through on days like this, and it’s amazing to see the Irish cycling community come together for such a thrilling competition.
To the cyclists: Your determination, skill, and sportsmanship were on full display today. Congratulations on pushing yourselves to the limit and delivering an incredible race for everyone to enjoy!
To the spectators: Thank you for your enthusiastic support and cheers along the race route.
To the Comms and marshals: Your hard work behind the scenes ensured that everything ran smoothly and safely. From planning the route to managing registrations and everything in between, your efforts are hugely appreciated.
To the Gardaí and Ambulance services: A special thank you for ensuring all riders, supporters and officials are kept safe on the roads.
To John Mitchels GAA Club: Thank you for sharing your exceptional facilities and for accommodating our every request.
And last but not least, a heartfelt thank you to our sponsors for their generous support. Your contributions make events like the Lacey Cup possible, and we are deeply grateful for your partnership.

The 3-day’s women race, and the “Gabrielle Glodenyte Memorial Cup” was won by Abi Conway from Westport Covey Wheelers with 2 stage wins!! The Junior Girls jersey was won by Aliyah Rafferty (Tofauti Everyone Active)
